High Schooling For Bass

Sunday morning I was watching Versus and the Babe Winkelman Show came on and he was talking about the first sanctioned high school bass tournament the schools are in Illinois and it's
called high schooling for bass.

It consist of two high school anglers and a coach or driver of boat the coach can only give advise they are not allowed to tie on lures or help caught the fish.

Both girls and boys competed on the same level because there are no physical limitations or contact in the sport you don't have to be fast,strong, any one can learn to fish and be good at it>

I think this is a wonderful thing for our children he said Alabama was putting it to a vote when I get to home I am going to give as much support to this as I can, volunteer to be a coach with mt boat at the tournaments.

Help set up what they need .If all local bass clubs got involved and helped more states bring the program to more schools we could reach so many kids.
