We built the big bass contest to create a good fishing community online for fisherman all over the United States to learn, teach, and to get young people interested in fishing by reading our stories in an effort to keep the sport alive, and thriving.
What works in one state could also produce good results in another state take it from some who has fished every State in the south and east coast for the past 20 years. Fish like new things.
THE BIG BASS CONTEST IS 100% FREE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET YOUR BASS FISHING CLUB OR TRAIL TO POST THEIR CLUB ON THIS SITE TO BENIFIT THE CLUBS THAT ARE LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS AND FOR ANGLERS MOVING TO A NEW AREA TO FINE A NEW CLUB OR TRAIL TO FISH, BY FILLING OUT CLUB FORM AND YOU AS A INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIBE TO THE E-ZIME MAILOUT THE WHITE BOX TO LEFT ON EVERY PAGE YOU HAVE TO CONFIRM IT. CLUBS WITH OUT WEBSITES THAT POST RESULTS OF THEIR TOURNAMENTS WILL NEED TO SUBMIT WEIGHT ON THE BIG BASS WEIGHT FORM EACH MONTH
There will be two prizes one for the biggest Largemouth bass, and one for biggest small mouth or spotted bass. By using the big fish in your club or trail tournaments it will makeit more fair and gives us a way to vertify when you caught the fish. Because everybody has a big fish photo.
We will have a vote on the top twenty stories on how you caught your fish, and the top winner will receive a secondary prize. So spread the word and get people to join us at the Big Bass contest so the prizes will get larger and the sport of fishing can grow with it. TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST BE SUBSCRIBED TO THE E-ZIME MAILOUT NOT RSS FEED SO I WILL HAVE AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY THE WINNERS, AND IT MUST BE PRIOR TO YOUR TOURNAMENT THAT MONTH THE WINNER WILL BE POSTED THE FIRST WEEK OF THE NEXT MONTH. - To enter you must be a member of a bass fishing club, ortrail that requires a yearly membership fee.
- To qualify as a club or trail. you must have a name of club, at least six members, officers or a coordinators for trails.
- If you fish in more than one club or trail and you caughtbig fish in more than one you can summit all fish weighs, but only one prize per person each month, If you win large mouth you can't win small mouth too the next in line will get the prize.
- The club weight for the fish must be submitted on weight form BELOW not just on your websites.
- The clubs or Trail will need to add there information on this site by filling out the club form below and a list of your tournament schedule for the year if you don't have your own web site. IF YOU DO HAVE A WEB SITE THE URL IS FINE.this is also for New anglers in your area to find clubs and trails to fish.
- Your name must be on the clubs member list, you can add new members at anytime.
- You can only enter the fish you caught in your bass fishing club or trail tournaments.
- Verification Weight Must be summited by your the club or Trail officer before 12:00pm on the last day of the month for you to qualify for big bass contest that month, OR POSTED ON YOUR SITE
- The weight you summit with your picture and story must match the weight summited by your club or Trail for verification purposes.
- The Indivisual Member must be subscribed to the E-zime for this site on the form to the left so I will have an email address to contact the winners to get the personal information needed to send them their prizes
- You Must Have a picture of fish.
- You must tell the story of how you caught your fish ,what kind of day you were having, what you caught your fish on and a general location.
- Do not post your fish anywhere else on this site.
- No pictures or stories will be posted until the 1st of the month and the winner is announced.
- The reason for Listing your club or trail on the sight is to help the clubs and trails in your areas grow and thrive by finding new angles to join.
- All entries will be viewed and verified.
